Another expression you may hear often is "Je me suis fait mal".
I think "J'ai été blessé" sounds like a real severe wound like during the war or something, at least something happening in the past, the tense used imply that the wound/pain isn't anymore.
Maybe "Je me suis blessé" works better, a sentence which works perfectly with the drawing by the way since it's something that just happened(but it can be used in a sentence suggesting the past!). =)
