Okay, I'm a man, so I don't really understand the love affair women have with shoes (I am perfectly happy with my one pair of sneakers and one pair of dress shoes that I have). But figuring if you are going to vacation in France, most women are going to want to buy some shoes there. So here's a word you will want to know:
Je voudrais acheter de nouvelles chaussures (zhuh voo dray ah shah tay deh noo vell show soor)- I would like to buy some new shoes.
