Paris Judge Refuses to Ban Sarkozy Voodoo Dolls
A French Judge has rejected Mr Sarkozy's lawsuit against the company K&B who have been manufacturing Voodoo lookalike dolls of the president.
The judge Isabelle Nicolle told the court in Paris that the dolls fell "within the authorised limits of free expression and the right to humour".
Mr Sarkozy's lawyers had argued that he owned the right to his own image and that the company had violated that right by producing the dolls.
Since the president's attempts to stop sales of the voodoo dolls last week they have become a best selling item across France with many stores selling out.
Mr Sarkozy has filed a total of 6 personal lawsuits since his election last year.

Here in America I don't think I've seen one of Bush, but at Christmas times you can find voodoo doll kits where you can put anyone's face on it. Just a gimmick gift of course (J'espere).
