Chloé Mortaud (1989. 3 november, born in Lisieux) is Miss France 2009. The pageant was held in Puy du Fou, in Vendée. Elle represents the Albigeois-Midi-Pyrénées, a southwest region of France. Elle became the first winner of the Miss France beauty pageant to have dual citizenship, French and American. Mortaud received US citizenship through her mère, an African American qui emigrated from Mississippi to France vingt-cinq years ago, and has a grandmother qui lives in Los Angeles. Her père is French.
