Falling

Je suis tombé (zhuh swee tohm bay) -I fell (if you are male)
Je suis tombée (zhuh swee tohm bay) -I fell (if you are female)
tu es tombé (too eh tohm bay) -You fell (when talking to a male friend or family member)
tu es tombée (too eh tohm bay) -You fell (when talking to a female friend or family member)
il est tombé (eel ay tohm bay) -he fell
elle est tombée (ell ay tohm bay) -she fell
nous sommes tombés (noo sohm tohm bay) -we fell
vous êtes tombés (vooz eht tohm bay) -you fell (when taking to a male you don't know well)
vous êtes tombées (vooz eht tohm bay) -you fell (when taking to female you don't know well)
ils sont tombés (eel sohn tohm bay) -They fell (when talking about an all male or mixed male & female group)
elles sont tombées (eel sohn tohm bay) -They fell (when talking about an all male or mixed male & female group)

Notice there is an extra “e” in “tombée” when it's a female. It's only spelled differently, it sounds the same.
